The warm up for Tai Chi is another ancient practice known as Qi Gong. We will incorporate the breath, movement, sound, tapping, and shaking to awaken the energy and open the meridian channels. ( Energy channels) Stimulating certain acupressure points will also be part of the class.
Tai Chi is described as the movement of energy with the least amount of effort. There will be an easy to follow Tai Chi form practiced with relaxation and mindfulness.
